Turn your Whatnot reports into clean books and real profit per show.
Upload the reports Whatnot already gives you. Lotbook will turn them into ready-to-post entries for QuickBooks Online or Xero, with fees, refunds and payouts split out, and show you what each show actually made.

Sound familiar?
Whatnot is great for selling live. Keeping the books for it is still a spreadsheet job.
No link to your books
Whatnot has no built-in connection to QuickBooks or Xero, so sales, fees and payouts get keyed in by hand.
Fees hide in the reports
Commissions, processing fees and adjustments live in Whatnot's report exports, not in the deposit that hits your bank.
Which shows paid off?
Your payout total doesn't tell you which show, or which lot of inventory, was worth your time.
How it will work
A few minutes a week, no spreadsheet formulas.
Download your reports
From Seller Hub, download the Weekly Orders Report and your ledger transactions, the same files you would hand an accountant.
Upload to Lotbook
Lotbook reads each order, fee and payout and asks once how you want them categorized. Add your cost per item or per lot to see profit.
Post or export
For each week, Lotbook will give you:
- One entry per payout for QuickBooks Online or Xero
- Fees, refunds and adjustments split out
- Profit by show and by lot
- A spreadsheet export if you keep your books by hand
Whatnot doesn't offer sellers an open way to connect this data, so you'll upload new reports each week. Lotbook only reads the files you upload. It never logs in to your Whatnot account.

Do I have to give you my Whatnot password?
No. Lotbook never logs in to Whatnot. It only reads the report files you choose to upload.
What happens to the files I upload?
We use them only to build your entries and reports. Files and data will be encrypted in transit and at rest, and we'll delete them on request.

What does it write to my books?
Summary entries to the accounts you choose, one per payout. It doesn't touch your other transactions.
Is this made by Whatnot, Intuit or Xero?
